T.M. Opera O (foaled 13 March 1996 – died 17 May 2018) was a Japanese chestnut stallion who raced in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Bred by Kineusu Bokujo, he was by Opera House out of Once Wed (by Blushing Groom). He was owned by Masatsugu Takezono, trained by Ichizo Iwamoto, and was regularly ridden by Ryuji Wada.
A middle-distance to long-distance turf performer, he compiled a race record of 26 starts for 14 wins, 6 seconds and 3 thirds, with earnings of ¥1,835,189,000. He was sold as a yearling at the 1997 Hokkaido October Sale for ¥10,500,000.
His major wins included the 1999 Satsuki Sho, and in 2000 he swept a standout campaign with victories in the Tenno Sho (Spring), Takarazuka Kinen, Kyoto Daishoten, Tenno Sho (Autumn), Japan Cup, and Arima Kinen. He added another Tenno Sho (Spring) and Kyoto Daishoten in 2001. He also received the JRA Award for Best Three-Year-Old Colt (1999).
